Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. We currently ship our frozen blend-it-yourself smoothies to customers only within Bangalore, India.
2. Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days of receipt.
3. Shipping charges will be calculated based on the shipping address. Customers will be able to view the shipping charges at the time of checkout before finalizing their order.
4. We use reliable and reputable third-party shipping carriers to ensure the timely and safe delivery of our products.
5. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, but most orders should be delivered within 2-4 business days from the shipping date.
6. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately and we will investigate the issue.
7. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or by any external factors outside of our control.
8. It's the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address and phone number. An incorrect shipping address may cause a delay in delivery or additional charges.
9. We highly recommend customers be present at the time of delivery for the inspection of the package and signing the consignment note of the delivery.
10. We will not be held responsible for any damages caused to the product during transit or after delivery.
