How do we make our smoothies?
We source the best organic, seasonal ingredients from all over India. We then flash freeze them to preserve freshness, nutrition & flavour.
What is Flash Freezing?
Flash freezing is a process where food items are rapidly frozen to a very low temperature in order to preserve their freshness, flavor, and nutritional value. Flash freezing is important because it helps to lock in the food's quality and extend its shelf life, making it easier to store and transport without spoilage or degradation.
How do we ship the frozen smoothie packs to you?
The frozen smoothie packs are shipped in an insulated box so that they remain frozen during their transit. Remember to unbox & place the smoothie packs in your freezer immediately upon receiving the order.
How long will the smoothie packs stay fresh in the freezer?
The smoothie packs will stay fresh in the freezer for up to 1 month from the date of manufacture, provided they are unopened.
How do I prepare the smoothie packs for blending?
Simply remove a pack from the freezer, empty the contents into a blender, and add your choice of liquid (water, milk, plant or nut milk, juices, yogurt and others). Blend and enjoy
How much liquid should I add to make the best smoothie?
We recommend that you add 150ml (3/4th cup) of your favourite liquid and blend. You can adjust the consistency of your smoothie by adding more or less liquid.
Can I add my own ingredients when blending?
Absolutely! Feel free to customize and enjoy!
Are the smoothie packs organic?
Yes, all the ingredients used in our smoothie packs are organic. If we are unable to source specific organic ingredients, we will inform you.
When do we prepare the smoothie packs?
Every smoothie pack will be freshly prepared only after receiving your order. This is to ensure that all the ingredients that go into each smoothie pack are carefully inspected to ensure they are of the highest quality.

Unbox & store the smoothie packs in the freezer at all times. This will ensure that all the ingredients stay fresh.
