Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

SMOOSH ("SMOOSH", "we", "us", or "our") provides the following Cancellation Policy for our customers.

Cancellation Requests: Customers can cancel their order within 6 hours of placing the order by contacting SMOOSH through phone, WhatsApp or email. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process it as soon as possible and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Shipping and Processing: Once an order has been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel the order.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of our receipt of the returned order.

Contacting Us: If you have any issues or concerns regarding your order, please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to assist you.

Changes to the Policy: We reserve the right to make changes to this Cancellation Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of this Cancellation Policy. Your continued use of our service following any change in this Cancellation Policy will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

This Cancellation Policy is effective as of 26/1/2023.
